We want you to love your tools, which is why we offer a 45-day trial period on all of our cookware. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide free return shipping for all domestic orders within the United States.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid UPS shipping label via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your cookware in its original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
